Karma system in the official forums?

I wonder if post medals have more to do with created threads than posts?

I have 3 kin medals and only 2 post medals, with 4900 odd posts., and I haven't seen a silver medal in ages...

i have 2 of them and never once created a thread, so i don't think so.

edit: okay, i lied, i created 1 way back in 2016 about looking for an fc but other than that, i havent lol
