    The first 2 are identical (lolwut) and the 3rd makes the first 2 useless? It seems there is a missing 'ensures rapid success' skill at lv10?

    I believe it was mentioned that there are plans to eventually do away with Rapid. Could be wrong though.

    They said at one point that they basically just wanted Standard/Careful. Whenever they finally get around to removing Rapid rather than just kind of leaving it lying around is another matter.
