    How long does it take for SE Support to respond?

    Context for this: Pre-ordered the CE Box when it came out at 12 PM UK, it shows on my account as (buy again) but never got any confirmation email even when everyone else I know got one pretty much instantly or after a few hours. An IRL friend, discord friends, American folks I know have all gotten one of these confirmation emails.

    Contacted SE support on Sunday and haven’t heard anything back at all.

    Anyone else have any advice / experience with this?

    It'd go to whatever email you have used with the SE store, which is not necessarily the same as the one you use for the game.
    And can very likely be flagged as spam.

    Good luck, but I'm sure you'll hear from support within a couple of days tops.

    Yeah I got a automated email saying that’s it been submitted so I assume it will go there, Sent it Sunday so hopefully soon!
