i also dont use mods, any injectors, no chatlog, but i do use noping, tunnel for better ping since im in brazil and the server is on the west coast.

any chance i can create/see the crash file log?

anyone have any ideia how to solve this? i love this game, but this is soulcrushing...its killing my enjoyment, wow has all the problems of a game, and more, but i never crashed

Think there could be many reasons but I used to get DirectX error at the same locations for some weird reasons, as if there was a faulty cache or corrupted data loading and it crashed the game. What solved it for me was to lower graphical setting, I had to test it out which one affected me I cant remember, but after that it kinda fixed itself. So just try to play with lowered settings for some while and if it doesnt crash anymore you know it is connected to that. And maybe check your driver too.

can we get some support going on on this forum please? im stuck at home with covid, there a lot of posts with the same problem the only response we get is a copy past troubleshoot, should i try to translate my post into the japanese forums, i think they get responses there... i love the game but the suport is non-existent.....

I just got this crash as well in dungeon - same error.

1) Remove game and all content
2) Restart PC
3) Install and run a registry cleaner
4) Restart PC
5) Reinstall the game
6) Restart PC
7) Launch game to see if issue is resolved
