    THANK YOU

I couldn't find a better place to post this. Thank you for an excellent fan fest and for providing it online.

As much as I wanted to enjoy all of it live, the timing did make it difficult. Having it online, allows us to continue to enjoy it for multiple years. We the community truly appreciate all of your interactions with us.

I didn't watch literally every minute of it, but I will say I haven't enjoyed a Fanfest quite like this probably ever. It had it all. I will echo the OP by saying thank you as well. It was a wild ride.

I am looking forward to getting the Stratocaster, not looking forward to explaining why I am buying yet another guitar to my SO.

Overall I enjoyed my time watching it.

I agree, they did a slick job with the format. I was expecting way more technical issues for one, but also it was just well executed in general~

I would agree, it was well done and felt right - as in I didn't feel like I was watching a budget / "covid" fanfest.

Also liked a lot of the stuff I saw, outside of just the quality of the presentation and such. A lot of what I saw also backed up that feeling that I do think they listen to players, just don't frequently post in threads saying "I heard you" lol. Aside from the job, like there were a number of new areas they showed off that remind me a lot of area request threads I've seen in this forum. This expansion had that too, where it was fairly easy to draw lines from player desires and what showed up (of course it's never 1:1 copy paste, which would probably be bad if it was, but I'm speaking inspiration based concepts).

The races (male viera / female hroth) one might consider as one as well but personally, before Ronso and Viera were confirmed (or a split race was confirmed, I had suggested they might do that too :P), I had suggested that this might be the larger game plan 'so long as there was substantial desire' (if it was awful then they might adjust). I was personally less shocked as I sort of expected it was the longer game plan, but knew it would be a feel good announcement for those who were looking forward to that, which is good of course!

The soken moment was pretty touching too, that'll probably be one of the major memories, but still well done production of the event, and learned some interesting things. I'm looking forward to this next expansion to tell an epic grand story with a neat job. Although I am wondering what they'll do next because once the 'investment' in the story is over and they start anew.. I kind of hope there will be big 'system' changes (to modernize some older systems, akin to what WoW had to go through).

I thoroughly enjoyed the fanfest. I couldn't watch all of it live because I couldn't stay awake for long enough. The UK is very far from Japan

The highlights for me were the viera announcement, La HEE, The Primals' performance and the very bittersweet part at the very end.

While obviously cancer is a horrible thing, it was wonderful to see how much the staff care for each other. The raw humanity was very touching. And it actually makes me feel more secure about the future of the game because it's so abundantly clear that they deeply care for each other and the game. It just makes me feel so good to play a game that I know is a passion project for the staff, and that the staff are treated with love and respect.

For an event that was entirely virtual for the first time, it went very smoothly. I'm impressed. I didn't watch everything, but I appreciate that the major announcements were at the start of the Fan Fest and not towards the end.
