I expect with how complicated they said data center travel would be, that we will have to log in to a data center to start with, and then you're stuck on that data center until you log out and change it. So no transferring from the aetheryte like the world visit system.
That wouldn't be that prohibitive, but you wouldn't be able to chat to people on different DCs at the same time.

I'm definitely interested in the names for sure.
For the DC itself, maybe Astral, Umbral or Eikon?
For new servers, I've seen Echidna suggested, which would be pretty fitting.

Yeah it's definitely going to be harder but logging out switching dc's and logging back in isn't that big a deal I do that continually with my alts. I belong to numerous discords for hunts and I'll jump a DC frequently when I'm in capping mode for my alts. It really doesn't take that much time. I have no idea what the names should be though and how they might reshuffle or perhaps that isn't going to happen a reshuffle that is. Light and Chaos have 6 servers each which isn't a lot compared to other data centers.
