When you are playing so bad and you don't worry that you might be destroying the experience for those around you, you are extremely self-centred and deserving of a kick. Nobody is going to say anything, feel happy that you are not harassed by being told something more than "put efforts into learning your role". Just no one will want to play with you. I am actually kind of surprised how swiftly most of the vote kicks I initiate pass.
