Why isn’t the third party software ban enforced?

i dunno plenty of people are dumb enough to use mods in stream just ban them first :P

And again, if Square cared they would be banned. Especially if the person is streaming to a large audience. If the person is not banned, then there's your answer to how they feel about those mods.
