When will Square-Enix admit that Glamour is the real endgame?

Glamour sorely needs more love. I just want to look cool, without all the jank and strict limits. Current system has restrictions that are hard to overcome? Easy fix, just throw the whole thing out and copy-paste the WoW or GW2 solution.

After the hubris of thinking they could do no wrong with 1.0, Yoshi-P came in and added some humility to the project. He had the team play other MMO's to learn from them, and realize that sometimes reinventing the wheel is not the right choice. Sometimes other people got it right, and there's no shame in learning from that.

Now do the same for glamour, pretty please. I'm begging you

You've never played a real pay 2 win game it seems.

The mogstation, at the most, only offers a "skip story" mode, that means getting ride on the most interesting part of the game (since it is PVE story oriented) but nothing you can compare with a pay 2 win.

Personally I love the GW2 system. Infinite dyes, easy unlocks and outfit making at any point in time (though I kinda wish I could save outfits, couldn't last time I played) .

But saying this is "easy" or can be "copy pasted" is a falsehood. The system they've made needs to be entirely reworked from foundations up. From the way appearance is linked to our gear to the way inventory is done. Your proposed solution is game changing, or rather REQUIRES game changing rewriting of the way the entire thing works.

Just keep that in mind when wondering why they dont "just" do things.

Yes, yes, I know it would be a huge undertaking. I mean it's an easy fix in the sense that the solution is not complicated. As an analogy picking grapes from a vineyard is not complicated, but it's still a lot of work.

Obviously, this is a huge and costly undertaking, otherwise they would have done it a long time ago. I just wish it was higher on their priority list, because I feel a rework like this is sorely needed. I get that it's easier to keep working on the system they already have, but something built on a poor foundation will always end up being a nightmare to construct and maintain. It's more work, but if you're after quality the only good choice is to start from scratch.

They really should rework it, cause it's the single biggest reason for players inventory issues.
