Many of us love deep dungeons and were a bit sad that they didn’t return for 5.0, while I understand that the developers have had delays and might not have time to create a new deep dungeon for 6.0 it would be nice if they created deeper versions of the current deep dungeons with slight alternations that would require less work than creating brand new zones.
How these deeper dungeons could work without reallocating too much resources:
1.) Environment: Slight alternations from existing zones such as changing the color palette, making zones darker like adding a fog or darkening blackness that prevents you from looking fully into the room unless you are near a wall, enemy, or gate, etc.
2.) Enemies: deadlier mobs that require a party of 4, you cannot continue POTD 201-300/HOH 101-200 unless you have a party of 4. These mobs have higher HP, defense, and possibly attack power. They can use existing Ingame enemies or reuse existing mobs just make them deadlier.
3.) Rewards: Easy solution would be a recolor of the mounts from deep dungeons, other rewards would be very valuable items with similar drop rate as the content they come from like primal mounts including gwibers and 6.0 primal mounts. (These dungeons would take much longer to reach than farms and mount drops would be random and similar drop rate, and finally these mobs will be extremely deadly. Other drops could be Tomestone upgrade items like twines, etc without weekly lockout.
Basically these deep dungeons would be really time consuming to reach and rough to beat requiring the same level of patience and coordination as the final tier of the current deep dungeons and more.
