Is there anything I can do as a healer, to prevent their death? Esuna or Heal to full heath?

I try to watch people with one debuff, to anticipate their next hit but I am uncertain if there is anything I can do to begin with. When I get the debuff, I also try to catch my second one and have not yet been fast enough in reaction to know if its even possible.

    Thanks for advice!
Absolutely nothing can be done once you see that doom slapped. It’s basically ”Two mistakes and you’ll pay with mettles.”

If the attack gives that ‘Twice Comes Ruin’ debuff, it means it CAN be avoided. This, in my opinion, is very forgiving because the game tells us we either do it correctly or incorrectly. There’s almost no in-between. From healers’ perspective, I view this as a bonus because some of the funnier players can’t play the “blame the healer”-card against me.

“Yep, you screwed up mate. Now live up to your ‘mistake badge’ for the next 2 minutes and do better, goodluck!”
