This seems like a lot of effort for a troll/satire thread.

"Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. They stood back to back as the galaxy burned - always brothers, never friends; traitors together unto the last."
--an excerpt from a Night Lords Novel, "Void Stalkers" Chapter X: Revenge.
But TcR doesn't tell you what you did wrong, only that you did something wrong. You don't need TcR for that, because usually you will also get a lot of dmg anyway as TcR is just a "add on" to the dmg you took for standing in something orange. If Trinity Seeker hits you with it cleave or Daru with his fire breath you get a TcR but you would still know what you did wrong because you should be dead or nearly dead anyway.
How to ‘correctly’ deal with each mechanic is easy: Don't stand in orange. Because you only get a TcR if you stood in orange (iirc, I'm not sure if miscounting your steps on Queen in DRn may or may not kill you directly)
That's why I said unforgiving instead of forgiving. The orange AOE may or may not kill you directly but even if you survive you still get your strike through TcR, making the next orange AOE 100% lethal for sure without any chance to survive, no matter how much you shield or buff yourself.

I looked up your logs and you should really consider using Aetherpact and Egi Assault I
also bahamut attacks every time you cast a spell, you're missing a lot of these bahamut attacks, the best bahamut is like this:
the best way to do bahamut is to use a ruin 4 (or 2) early to cast enkindle bahamut and have the last 3 spells be either ruin 4 or 2, in total you can have 8 bahamut attacks so you'll end up with 4 ruin 3s and 4 ruin 4s, but if you can't do that then just spam ruin 2 during your bahamut, it literally does more damage then ruin 4
