    Unable to see/send messages after 15min elapses in game

    This is an issue that I have no idea how to fix, it started yesterday a short time before the fan fest began.

    After logging in i am able to communicate normally
    but after around 15min roughly of being online, i'm not able to send or receive messages.

    On my screen it shows me typing in /tell /FC /ls /cwls as normal, but no one else can see those messages that I send and I can't see any messages anyone else sends to me.

    I communicate over discord to find out when my messages are suddenly not appearing.

    DESPITE being unable to message in /tell /FC /LS /cwls or recieve any messages

    I'm -still- able to see
    /say /shout /yell /emote
    messages and others are able to see my messages.

    For some reason half of my message capabilities are not working,
    going into dungeons does not fix the issue as after the 15min mark they still become unavailable, so I'd be able to communicate in party chat in the dungeon until i'm suddenly 'not able too', nor able to see anyone elses party messages.

    Logging on and off fixes the issue, but only temporarily.

    If anyone has any suggestions to what it might be, i'd be very grateful.
    I'm running on a laptop with wifi, i've checked the net speed in my area and my own connection. Theres now outages and my connection is stable.
    It is like i am "half" disconnected from the game.
    I can still run around and do content, but I just can not communicate or see other messages.

    Pleease help or even drop a message if you have any suggestions,
    not sure what to do or even begin to fix this issue.

    Update:

    One of the potential problems was that the account was somehow being somehow flagged as a temporary account (read someone had this problem), contacted support/GM and they confirmed that was not the case.

    Have had a friend access the account from a PS4 and made new characters on the account in the same data server, no issues, was able to send messages and not have disconnection problems

    uninstalled then Reinstalled the FFXIV, Issues continued - Unable to send messages after about 15min had passed ingame (doing test messages every 5min)

    laptop drivers are up to date, using wifi dongle thing to connect to the internet (have 2 different ones to test with), it's drivers are up to date, issue persists

    If anyone has any suggestion as to what might fix the problem, it'd be very appreciated

    Are you positive it’s not a trial account? Pc can’t just log in on ps4 client, you need separate licenses, unless you have both pc and console licenses on your account.

    and Yes positive.

    I have two separate licenses, the account has been active since ARR/HW release
    not a new character.

    We contacted a SE support and they confirmed that the account was not flagged as a trial account.

    I'm aware a trial account prevents the sending of /tell messages and the like.

    But i'm allowed to send /tell /FC /cwls messages completly fine until 'something' happens after the 15min mark
    where I am unable to see such messages and no one can see mine.

    I want to apologize in advance if my reply might seem terse or rude, >.> I don't mean it too, in case it is.
