Not sure why you are negative. It costs nothing to say "good luck" and it's not like a new server farm in say Florida wouldn't benefit the USA too.

Numbers of paying customers talk. If they can gather many thousands of paying customers in Brazil like we do in Australia, they can also hope for a datacentre.
