I think Oceania made sense to be dealt with first because players in that region are currently spread across two different regional data centre clusters which shows that community is very divided. Not saying SA don't need a data centre, they do, but at least they typically play in NA (from what I know at least) so they're not split into two large groups like Oceania is right now.

If anyone is next on the list for data centre improvement and/or addition it's obviously going to be the Americas. NA isn't covered as well as it could be and if it gets an east coast data centre then SA will benefit from it too.

I would like if SA got their own data centre, not just because it would obviously be great for them, but it would be closer to southern Africa than any of the other data centres. I know quite a few South African players and the ping they deal with is pretty bad. Not unplayable but definitely not ideal.
