Use AI. Does that change things? Squex is now publicly all on board with AI anyway, we have ai quest and dialogue writing already. Better than ideologically motivated translators too.
Then also use ai to generate the assets to import into the game.
And then use ai to program the assets in.
However it works, idk, that's what ai is for.
Throw in more languages at that. Expand customer base is easy money.

Is that minimum cost production enough for squex?
It's hard to balance being complete cheapskates with making excuses of demanding unrealistically high quality.
If they watch their own presentation about the transition from 1.0 to ARR, that quality expectation was a major problem.
Let the ears clip.
We dont need grapes with more polys than character models.
People can understand a few translation errors, I promise. You wont have to burn it and remake the game again.
