Leveling Roulette Question, Concern....Uhmm Confusion...

I tanked leveling daily the last couple of days at 70 and wound up with Haukke Manor and Garuda msq so I didn't even gain enough xp to break 71. It's a drag for sure but, more importantly, I could have sworn I read somewhere recently that leveling dailies had been adjusted to queue players for more closely matched content within like 7 levels or something like that. I don't remember where I read it so now I'm starting to think I'm imagining things. I've had a pretty significant reduction in time to play recently due to labor shortages at my employer so I want to make sure I get the most out my time in the game.

Is this not a thing or is there maybe something in my DF setting that I need to change?

That is only if you enter with a pre-matched light party of 4

its something in the df settings, i believe second ti last.

That is only when you queue with a group of friends, if I was understanding that correctly.

Also, you get bonus XP corresponding to the level discrepancy as well. So the lower the level of the dungeon, you get more bonus XP for it. So you may not have dinged 71 even if you got more level appropriate dungeons or trials.

This is to help keep veteran players in low level dungeons instead of bailing.
