Day 2 Fan Fest info I am hoping to hear

So in Day 1 we got a review and more details on the original things they went over previously. Some things they were light on details are below that I want to hear more about.

. Island sanctuaries
. Deep dungeon?
. Small scale pvp content

I am very concerned that there was no mention of Deep Dungeon content in the new expansion when they were going over features.

A new Deep Dungeon was not included in Shadowbringers. I believe it will be a huge mistake to neglect this content.

There was no mention of a deep dungeon in the pre-StormBlood keynote addresses at the fanfests back in 2016-2017 either, as far as I could research.

So unless you can provide wherever they talked about Heaven on High pre-SB, the lack of talking about a deep dungeon pre-6.0 is pretty moot since it seems to be something they talk about later during liveletters of the expansion cycle and not in pre-expansion material.

Personally I think this Live Letter is going to be more towards part 2 of 5.5 stuff along with the relic weapon stuff, and noting really in Endwalker. Maybe a map of what's going to happen from 5.5 to 6.0. Then there will be another event somewhere down the road that will touch on job changes, the new stuff, etc.

the live letter is going to be mainly focused on the upcoming 5.55 patch and the further patches leading to the expansion rather than the expansion itself, deep dungeons I don't expect to hear about to a while after endwalker has released and island sanctuaries we're hear about closer to release, I'm not convinced we're getting it in 6.0.

The job action showcase won't be until a month or two before the expansion comes out.

If they gave it to us too early we'd spend more time complaining about everything.

The job showcase should come much closer to expansion release.

They didn't confirm any more big shows between now and then, but they did sort of hint a few times at there being another showcase of some sort between now and then. Maybe some sort of supplemental Live Letter.

The live letter during digital fanfest is going to focus primarily on 5.55. This isn't conjecture, btw, its been stated by SE. Anyone expecting major Endwalker wishlist reveals, such as a new limited job for example, from this live letter are going to be sorely disappointed. The biggest reveals for fanfests are/were in the keynote. There's more info coming in the 6 months leading to Endwalker. The hype is real, but try to be patient.

They did mention the small scale pvp and said they would be talking about it later. If that meant later in the fanfest or later at another event, who can say.

What I want to see tonight:
-Some insight into what they are planning to do with healers. Not expecting anything specific, but some talk about why the current paradigm doesn't seem to be working and some broad strokes on what they are planning would be nice.
-Some QoL stuff that doesn't get main stage exposure. Whatever they're going to do with the glamour dresser for instance.
-Maybe a little more information on island sanctuary but I bet it's still too early for them to talk about.

There will never be another deep dungeon.

The recent email interview YoshiP did with Frosty (I believe it was the one with him and not MrHappy anyway) mentioned that if they did some sort of 4 man challenge content moving forward it would be in the form of something like higher floor Deep Dungeon content. It's certainly not a confirmation but I'd be wary to say that there will never be another Deep Dungeon. Clearly they are at least thinking about it and considering it.
