Hello everyone ! My friend want to start playing here, and i have a question.
Do he needs to buy all of addons (Starter Edition + Stormblood + Shadowbringers + Endwalker Early Access) , or he can just buy Starter Edition and Endwalker Early Access to get full access to game ?

Buying the base game and endwalker won't let him access the entire game...yet. Once endwalker releases it will. Until then if he wants to do content beyond Heavensward he'll need to buy shadowbringers. It comes with stormblood so no need to buy that.

If I were your friend (or anybody just starting out for that matter) I would play the free trial first. It offers a lot of content since the rework and gives players a chance to try out the game. Once you buy and register a license for for the game or purchase sub time, your account no longer qualifies for the free trial.
