The problem was that G'raha's neck was thiccer than his head which was too round and small. Also necc too long.
See Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep A Fragmentary Passage Final Mix+ HD's original trailer and Aqua had the same problem.

I think a lot of it had to do with the mouth movements. Everyone's lip-syncing after the transition from WoL/Alisaie/Alphinaud felt kind of weird, like they mo-capped mouth and slapped it on CGI animation. Which, don't get me wrong, I completely understand the crunch the animators were under and the trailer itself is still gorgeous and hype-worthy, but the mouth movements felt so odd and disconcerting to me. Especially after the Shadowbringers full cinematic trailer was SO well done in that regard. Maybe because there was so much more talking in the Endwalker trailer compared to Shadowbringers that they couldn't give it the same love? Idk. But that's what I felt most weird about rather than G'raha's look in particular.
Likely it's the small eyes and nose and the rather round jawline.

(Someone made a fix to make it look a little better)

He looked like a rubber doll- like a doll wearing a doll's face on top of the original doll face. I'm usually not a fan of how Square Enix designs their characters facial anatomy with small pointy instagram freak noses- a great example would be Ryne's nose, baby mouths and lack of a jawline- but I thought G'raha looked a bit lackluster, more so than usual as well. Like they just got lazy on him. And Urianger was in some unflattering light as well, he's only29 years old. BUT to be fair, grey hair can age someone.

He looks fine. Guess people had to find something to complain about though.
Not realky, no. Don't try to discredit people's opinions with hyperbole generalization. I loved the trailer and I'm not one to complain generally, just check my post history if you want, but while watching it live yesterday G'raha's design stuck out like a sore thumb to me.

Just giving an opinion of my own is all. It just happens to be the opposite of what others are saying here. Not realky, no. Don't try to discredit people's opinions with hyperbole generalization. "He looks fine" is an opinion.
The "Guess people had to find something to complain about though." addendum is hyperbole generalization discrediting other's opinion.

Well, I feel it is a silly thing to complain about because I see nothing wrong with it. I won't apologize for that. Again, it is all my opinion. Frankly, I don't care if anyone likes it or not.
