Thancred is actually a lot older than you prolly think he is. But actually I agree something about His features seemed off on G’raha. Like his eyes were but everything else seemed weird or either too small or large in comparison.
Y'shtola actually looked GOOD in the CGI movie for once. She actually looked like an actually miqote you'll see in the game. Instead of her looking like some old witch. So thank god for the change she looks awesome now. Also G'raha does look different. But thats by design... remember he was OLD in the last CGI movie. He's younger now. so yes, he's gonna look different. People have to remember he deaged.
Maybe don't simp after game characters
The problem was that G'raha's neck was thiccer than his head which was too round and small. Also necc too long.
See Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep A Fragmentary Passage Final Mix+ HD's original trailer and Aqua had the same problem.

The Glamour Effect: That awkward moment when you realize you know FFXIV's gear pieces better than your own wardrobe X'D
I think a lot of it had to do with the mouth movements. Everyone's lip-syncing after the transition from WoL/Alisaie/Alphinaud felt kind of weird, like they mo-capped mouth and slapped it on CGI animation. Which, don't get me wrong, I completely understand the crunch the animators were under and the trailer itself is still gorgeous and hype-worthy, but the mouth movements felt so odd and disconcerting to me. Especially after the Shadowbringers full cinematic trailer was SO well done in that regard. Maybe because there was so much more talking in the Endwalker trailer compared to Shadowbringers that they couldn't give it the same love? Idk. But that's what I felt most weird about rather than G'raha's look in particular.
Likely it's the small eyes and nose and the rather round jawline.
