Only first order can be cancel. This cancel option come very later. The second one no cancel option yet.

It's the same situation for me.

Personally, I'll just wait for my emails to arrive (which they didn't yet). Then I'll try to cancel the second purchase again.
If it's still not possible tomorrow, I will write the support and ask to cancel my second purchase and keep the first one. I guess, all we can do is wait now until we have more infos. :/
