I think there's a good amount of demand for it, and it will only increase if male Viera are in the same situation and have to stare at 8 hairstyles for 2+ years straight.

Don't even get me started on if female Hrothgar have the same Fantasia to change hair mess as well.

If they said they are coming later, I absolutely doubt it will be 7.0. The keynote is about the current expansion. Not later ones.

"later" could still mean 6.5, just before 7.0 so .. yeah.

I'm hoping for 6.1 or 6.2 release.

if only they had fixed it so female viera could use all the hairstyles ... but nope lets add more broken options i was actually pretty hyped for viera when they came out only to see that i could not use any of my unlocked hairstyles not even the ones i paid real money for

Yes all the people basically from the male viera support thread are going to join forces in the „hrothgar/viera megathread“.

I‘m very optimistic here tho. I‘m sure while they were working on the opposite genders they also had some spare time to revisit some of the current problems that are plaguing the current genders.

I'm not as sure this is the case. Based off the number of threads that are effectively "hey look.... a new hairstyle I can't use" that come from viera players, I would argue that the demand has been at least more consistent than the demand for lady hrothgar, which as a megathread was one that would often fall back and had far fewer overall pages than the thread desiring male viera. But as more players go to the race, I can see the demand for more hair, and the ability to use more of the existing additional styles, increase.

I really appreciate their commitment and that female hrothgar are confirmed! I don't have to suffer anymore, the only thing left to do is patiently wait.

This is exactly the opposite of what they said. When they announced the races, they said no hats would work, then members of the team worked on modeling SOME headgear on their own time, off the clock. And now people are complaining that they didn't make every hat work.

From what I've seen, most people are complaining NEW headgear since Shadowbringers has been released is not working for Viera/Hrothgar. I understand them not going back to complete all headgears previously, but moving forward they can't keep ignoring these two races altogether. Also, they promised more hairstyles and hat options down the line and havent added a single one in 2 years with no explanation.

which seems like they're basically going to resemble the Mithra from FFXI

we'll prob get clear concept art in today's live letter though but based on what I can see so far, i'm not disappointed thus far.

Eh they'll probably be similar to female ronso so best to check out some models and art for them to get an idea of what they look like, the only question is if they hold back a little on the beast traits to try and appease to more players.
