Can't preorder Endwalker from India?

I'm an Indian playing on the EU Chaos DC sine last year and so far I haven't had any problems with billing from Mog Store. I tried to preorder Endwalker Digital Collector Edition today from that Square Enix site though and when I got to billing address, I couldn't proceed because India was not listed on the drop down list of countries.

Should I just put in any random country since the delivery is not physical (I'm assuming it sends you the code on your email)? Or could that get me in trouble? In which case where else can I preorder Endwalker from?
