I’m really curious what reason the WoL has to become a reaper. I know it’s a new Zenos job, but that doesn’t seem like enough. I think the job quests will be really interesting.

I'm going to quote a great werewolf here: Not all children of the night are evil.

BLM and THM are all about overwhelming their opponents with destructive force through the black magic they practice.

Then as being a WoL they are immune to any form of tempering so it's not out of the realm of feasible to touch the void and control a lesser being. As for the job trainer and questline... well lets just say a vendetta is a powerful fuel for one's willpower.
