Reaper speculation thread

Something I noticed is that whenever the Voidsent does a strike (wether by summoning it or fusing with it) the Reaper has a slight green effect applied to them, similar to that of a lifesteal effect.
It may be just that, lifesteal, or MP, or another ressource entirely. Whatever it is, it seems like attacking with the Voidsent gives you something back.

We've only really focused on the gauge they mentioned (for obvious reasons), but there can of course be more than one resource/gauge for them, like other jobs have.

A pretty standard way of doing it, would be to have a gauge that fills up on normal weaponskills (all or just some of them), which allows you to summon the void avatar. Then the avatar attacks will give you another resource, which you eventually can use to merge with the avatar into that other form.

That's as far as I'm willing to take these wild speculations though.

The "lifesteal" vfx still applies while merged though, so maybe it's just lifesteal or it is used for an ability we have yet to see
