Lunar Whale Purchase?

I'm guessing you have seen a lot of these reports, but I don't see it here, so I thought I would post it here too.
Trying to purchase Lunar Whale on Store fails.

I'm confused. Says "Account Wide" and then says in the shopping cart:

Mount: Lunar Whale (Account-wide)

* This item will be distributed to all characters on the selected account.

* This item is limited to one use for a single character.

"For use for a single character". Just an error I presume.
Also I get an error trying to buy it. What gives?

Shopping Cart

Please select a service account and character to receive items in your shopping cart.

* Changing the selected service account will undo recipient selection for all items listed below.

* Account-wide items cannot be purchased for multiple service accounts at the same time.

I see no way to "Select the service account? and since I'm "Logged in" and it shows my user name in the upper right, I assume that is my "Service Account". Why is this so confusing?

I did figure out how to purchase it. Got a confirmation email that the purchase occurred at 10:20am, but have not received the item four hours later.
Do we expect Four HOUR delays in receiving items from the shop?

When you bought it there should have been a message saying it can take up to a few days.
A 4 hour wait isn't abnornal.

Yep. I'm getting with the program. Thanks. I'm just spoiled by other games that take a few seconds so I was thinking there was a problem.
But it's fine. I'm getting the mount on a couple of chars now.
