Duty Finder seems broken on my wife's account

All week, she has been queuing for an alliance raid, a normal raid, and an Auspice dungeon/trial at the same time hoping to quicken queues as multiple things are selected.

Has she tried only queuing for the dungeon? It sounds like it's showing the estimated time for the dungeon at first, but then relocating her into the normal raid queue where it becomes an hour.
