If i recall, YoshiP did mention about bringing the Regalia back, but as a reward from the golden saucer (possibly).

I haven't heard anything like that before. They've said they want to re-run the event but need to schedule it.

I suspect you're getting wires crossed with them bringing back the Rainmaker hair - possibly at the point where he just said something first planned to go in Mog Station was going to the Saucer instead.

Since I've only ever given people rides rather than riding anyone elses mounts - do riders hear the mount music when riding your mount?

I'm confused. Says "Account Wide" and then says in the shopping cart:

* This item is limited to one use for a single character.

"For use for a single character". Just an error I presume.
Also I get an error trying to buy it. What gives?

I see no way to "Select the service account? and since I'm "Logged in" and it shows my user name in the upper right, I assume that is my "Service Account". Why is this so confusing?

It gives you a mount horn which only has a single use, that adds it to your mount list.

I just purchased as well and got an error, but I also bought an outfit and that has appeared in game so I assume the purchase went through... still waiting in the mount tho

Well I better check I clicked the buy button a lot of times when I got the error. I may have a stack of these puppies. OH NO!!!

Passengers will hear the music if they have mount music enabled. My FC was enjoying it very much as we flew around randomly for about 45 minutes this morning.
