Unto the Truth Main Story Quest

Steps:
1. The Unto the Truth quest require the player to go the designated location indicated on the map. Once at the designated location, the player suppose to type the name of the fairy "Feo UI" in the Say chat mode as indicated from the quest. Upon typing the name, nothing didn't happen to progress the quest. I look up a video Youtube to see if I could be possibly doing the quest wrong. Upon my observation, I was doing the quest correctly. So I tried logging out then logging back in to try the quest again. I receive the same result multiple times of typing in the name "Feo UI". Apparently, their nothing else I can do to troubleshoot the issue, so any insight into this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Spell check / logic check: Why would the second half of a name be in capitals?

I think you'll find they respond better to "Feo Ul".

You're missing my point - and more importantly my spelling.

If you had to shout it, you would write FEO UL.

Hmm, I see your point. I was able to figure it out in-game a moment ago. Apparently in the name Feo UI their no capital I, but a lower case L instead >.>. I observe that both a capital I and a lower case L look the same when you type it up on the say chat mode instead of the shout chat mode. Thank you for insight and input on this matter, I will be closing out this thread now.
