    Playing on PS4 and PS5 on same router issue

    My wife and I have just gotten back into FF14, I play on my PS5 and her on her PS4. If we play one at a time, no issues. However, if we are both logged on at the same time, then the next time we try loading ff14 we get connection issues. My PS5 says can't connect to the internet when FF14 loads, but every other app that uses the internet works fine. My wife's PS4 gives a similar error when she attempts.

    Any suggestions?
