Btw with positionals i only mean the dmg boosts from the side/back, ofc you use all those skills for combos/build ups(this doesn´t need a specific position) but the positions themself aren´t the most important thing anymore. If you really think they are, you never will be good as a monk and you can´t even use the positional damage bonus in many types of content, maybe from side but the bonus from the back is often not possible to do.

Are you talking about Delubrum Reginae?
You don't need to do them if the mob has a full circle beneath them but otherwise in 99.9999% of content you DO need to do them.
