Road to lvl 70 buff didn't show up

Hi, I started playing this awesome game like 2 weeks ago, Im writing this because all the people I met when I was playing tell me about the big help its to have this buff, in fact they could get it and I make the character practically at the same time than them but it didnt show up for me.

I just bought the game thinking that maybe it was a bug or something however it didnt pop up. Im just begging here to have it because its so frustrant to see how many people are leveling to 70 3 classes and im stuck at 53 with the same class, and playing more hours.

I just spent so much time writing tickets to the support, who they answer me that I should write a ticket in game because GMs are allowed to do that things, and the gms said me that they cant and I should post it here, in the forum.

I repeat, im just begging for the buff because im getting a bit frustrated now and i want to boost my progess until the 90 days gone.

I hope you will help me and activate the buff for me. Thanks in advance.

You need to make your character on a preferred server - if your server wasn't preferred at the time of creation you won't get the buff. The preferred server in the Chaos datacenter is Omega, not Louisoix.

Also: getting to 53 is an amazing feat in and of itself, especially after only two weeks of play time. Let yourself enjoy the game, it's not a race to the finish. It's a journey.
