but can they be done when the player is not online, thats the ?

I was thinking over this, and it seems it needs clarification, it does not state anywhere "Regardless of location", also Send /Tell, Invite, Promote, Demote, Exile "Invite" i think is new, /tell im sure was there, but since the others were already there, why would they state them again other than to say it now works when they're online.

While good, if you have ACTIVE players ONLINE those are usually not of concern, the concern is all the people OFFLINE, so its not as good as i thought =)

Yes offline would be better, but honestly, those that are online but don't use the shell bother me more than anything.
