FFXIV: Limited Job and why it doesn't work

I just don't understand why we cant just have both
limited blue for what we have now and a normal blue just for regular content
like the irony of blue being this job that can do everything but its limited.

like stop adding instruments to bard and just make a real blue mage

THIS!! ... I really want say it to dev team like this since long time ago... like we can keep the current BLU while having the official BLU as main job too , while on the main job we can use the skill we collect as glamour skills or something else...
