the only class i would still use is archer, cause if you have an archer heavy party you really only need one of them to be bard. and the rest will have better DD buffs and survival skills.Yes, it seems pretty illogical. Obviously new class weapons are not doing irreparable damage to the game or anything, and if anything it's only adding some nice stuff, but at the same time, don't you think it's kind of useless?
S.E. made the decision to make classes useless. Before making gear for classes, they should make classes have a use again.
This was just a cheap way to give crafters content, but then you realise there is no demand for these items.
dont like class only stuff because it feels like a step back to classes rather then jobs. classes can use ifrit mog an garuda stuff anyway. And they get probably awesome armor too in which you can put materia most likely.
I think we will see mor classes in partyplay againf as soon people get the new gear.
where did you guys get the idea that they are limited to classes only? I read none such nonsense.
Seems that way, especially if the darksteel is better than AF, SE really don't seem to have much common sense at times.
It's hard to ignore the evidence to suggest otherwise, it could be a typo but its unlikely seeing as its like that on all of the new craftable stuff.
This is fine for me i solo on classes all the time and they do it better than jobs except for whm, but anything else the classes do it better... 2hrs none stop killing mobs 3-5 lvls higher than you w/o breaks on pgl >_>
maybe you should start reading the patch notes......

its not a typo, loadstone recipe list has been updated as well with the same restrictions.
This armor wont make classes better than jobs nor will the weapons it's just better gear for ppl who like to solo on classes like me. Pgl can not do more dmg than mnk ever cause dragon kick and shoulder tackle and spinning heel give to much dmg bonus so, jobs are still best at what they and that's soloing/low man.
