That won't change, but the numbers of people who will abuse because of how open it is will increase. The current official stance acts as a deterrence and people who can use the addon responsibly already are using it for the most part without issue.

Different contents require different things. Most of the time, it's contents that don't require dps check where people will not care so much. And obviously there is also a matter of priority.

Its even worse on PvP where you can acutally see on the end who did 0 dmg... I had this guy rolling dps but never doing ANY dmg at all... like.... dam leecher...
If they don't do anything at all, that's a different issue.
