No one asks for maximized DPS, we ask for bare minimum like doing damage as a healer or using AOEs against multiple mobs.

Great irony in you pointing out that this is a MMO. If you're so absolutely unwilling to do more than press 1 button and be respectful of the other people in your party, it's a poor mindset to have in a team environment. You're free to play how you want, but not free of consequences.
