Can we use ACT to recognize who is griefing the party and report them afterwards?

I had a sam in expert today who was single targeting mobs on pack pulls, so I just left. At this point I won't even ask why someone isn't aoeing due to ppl being so quick to call a GM, I will just take the hit since se has basically a zero tolerance policy on hurt feelings.

I can claim that my feelings were hurt by his playstyle, does that make it more plausible for him to get banned? I am putting efforts into playing my role as best as I can and seeing him doing nothing is more than disrespectful.
I am still new to reporting because only recently did I start realizing who is trolling. I really don't want to kick people left and right for being bad which is why I always confront them even if I end up being kicked in the process to see if they are just bad or simply trolling but I don't think I can keep this up for much longer.
