Question about different platforms

I have the PS4 version, and recently got a better PC.

I was wondering, to play on PC,
Do I have to buy the game plus all expansions,
or can I buy the starter version, and still have access to all I do on PS4?

I am not looking to switch to PC full time, just change depending on my situation.

You have to buy the game for the system you want to play it on. However all you need to do is connect your account to that PC Version that you bought and still have access.. I have the game for the PC, PS4 And PS5 and mainly play on the PS5. Which ever version of the PC game you buy starter or separately doesn't matter but it does matter if you get the Steam or non Steam Version .

If you buy the steam version you have to continue to buy future expansions from Steam

You need to buy the complete edition (Base game+Shadowbringers), but you don't need to buy another Collectors Edition (update) if you already have bought one for the other platform.
