Future housing areas?

I'd love for the next area targeted for a Firmament style crafter/gatherer renovation to be Ala Mhigo. The place didn't get nearly enough lore in Stormblood imo, be nice to have that on top of a new housing area there. Especially if they made it instanced this time rather than another neighborhood.

Tbh, we are going to need housing in Ala Mhigo, Sharlyan, Norvrandt, and maybe Garlemald (if not other places) if we are ever going to get enough housing to fix this housing issue, and quite possibly also a few more data centers to spread out the playerbase and reduce the demand (especially on the North American servers). With WoW and Blizzard shooting themselves in the face repeatedly, and getting a huge influx of Asmonsprouts, this is only going to get worse before it gets better.

To me, Ishguard is gloomy, cold and very uninviting, I'll pass. I like beaches, mountains and green areas with lots of sun, flora, fauna and water.
