    tl;dr:

    Names are an interface. It's more important for them to be effective labels than it is for them to be pretty labels. Put the most important part (role, skill name) at the beginning so it doesn't get cut off by ellipses.

    Role's SetName Gearslot Replica? .. e.g., Caster's High Allagan Mask Replica
