Game Crashes when trying to do quest "For Vengeance"

Frequency: Every single time I talk to NPC Alisaie.
World name: Faerie
Character name: Lazette Ravenheart
NPC name: Alisaie
Class/Level: SCH 80
Party or solo: Solo
Steps:
1. quick travel to Azys Lla zone.
2. Talk to NPC Alisaie to continue the quest "For Vengeance."
3. Game immediately closes. No error message. No frozen screen. Straight to desktop.
4. On occasion I will see the first line of dialogue for the quest before the game crashes to the desktop.

Hi, so I had the same issue, but now it's worst.
My game was running fine until i got to that quest, and it keeps crashing to my desktop just like you
(It's only going downhill from here)
So i gave up doing msq for a while and I tried doing the new Nier raid.
My game instantly crash when my queue popped. But this time it gave me an error and it was a Directx 11 error.
As i was trying to this error from a post i saw on reddit. Now I can load the msq "For Vengence" but I would crashed randomly with another error, this time it's a Nvidia dll error.
Now my game won't stop crashing sometimes instantly when i load into the world, sometimes when i load into an instance, and randomly when I'm not doing anything.
Everything was fine before 5.5 :`(

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Were any updates or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?

For any one experiencing the same issue could you create your own thread and provide a system report ? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
