Unaddressed Continual Harassment in PvP content

Still nothing but boilerplate responses, i've attempted to submit reports via Email now aswell
These players are running free flaunting their money and exclusive armors they did not earn but rather stole from legitimate players and square sees nothing wrong with that.

Square apparently doesn't have an issue either with people using their apartment/house greetings to place slanderous/false/hateful speech. I keep getting boilerplate responses as well. I think they'll only pay attention with either Yoshi runs into personally (which apparently they only took the RMT seriously in the NA datacenters once Yoshi saw it personally) or a social media campaign is needed to get enough attention to force Square to do something.

Trashtalking in PvP is all part of the charm and experience in any MMO. If you dont like it, then dont pay attention to it, simple as that.

Now the Wintrade thing which is happening within Feast in general, that is one of the main reasons why the current PvP system needs to be reworked from the ground up. But since Squeenix cares more about releasing countless Final Fantasy remake games lately with the FFXIV funds, i highly doubt that PvP in this game ever gets the attention it truly deserves.

Over a month, and no response. real great customer service, so glad to know that if I had a time sensitive issue you'd do nothing for over a month.

I have finally gotten a response from the Supervising GM, there is some promise to their response but anything short of removing these players from the leader boards and some kind of serious ban, this cycle of bad actors in PvP will continue while the damage from their actions are never mitigated or undone. I can hope for the best, but I hate to say that I have very little faith in the GM team at this moment.

These players don't deserve to still have their names on the leader board, especially if they end up punished in any other way. I want a win for the legitimate players and tear down these organized groups of bad actors.

Though I'm being quieter now, I am still working on providing more information and pushing for square to act faster and harshly to people who destroy the integrity of the PvP game mode.

What i found HILARIOUS are the Mails i recieved more than once from Square, asking a survey regarding theyr contact center when i report someone. What do they espect i'll tell them?
They acknowledge themselves that they wont tell you If they take action.. so what i am supposed to evaluate?

All they care about is if you feel better about your interaction with the GM, but care nothing about actually taking action against what negatively impacts many players.
Boiler plate responses and toothless enforcement.
