Unaddressed Continual Harassment in PvP content

96 hours, no response. I'm going to be a bit more lenient right now given the holiday weekend. but still 4 days no response.
Square does not want to instill any confidence in their ability to moderate their game.

Holiday weekend is over, not that i was expecting a response around that time... but it has now been a week of no response from the GMs.

Still no response. And people wonder why I think square just wants people to quit and allow cheaters to run rampant and steal from people.

I need this issue addressed. I dont know how else to get in contact with someone who actually has the power to actually investigate these issues and take action.
We have hard evidence against these players and this has been disrupting games for a very long time.

I hate that this is turning somewhat into spam, but i'm documenting that i've been logged for 12 hours almost every day since requesting the escalation waiting for a GM to contact me on this issue after over 50 unique reports last month.
This is the incompetence and negligence of the GM team. I hope no one else ever has to go through serious harassment issues paired with blatant cheating, only to watch the offenders walk away rewarded for their crimes.

Don't mean to add to the thread, but SE hasn't been doing anything about harrasment lately. I posted about this https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...ting-Experince. I've been told to go kill animals, been doxed in /say chat and despite reporting these, the group continues to harass me by using their mounts to block my view if we run into each other in areas where mounts are allowed. I even video recorded them harassing me with mounts and offered it to the GMs but the group continues to do so. So I really don't feel SE and their GMs will do anything on this.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing that. We had someone in the PvP community being chased around the entire data center and blocking these players doesn't stop anything on the world map let alone stopping them from showing up in your queues.
Square is terribly neglectful.

The more I talk to other people, the more it seems the entire report and moderation system needs to be reworked. Clearly no one is being taken care of.

It's not just in PvP content, it's outside of it too in game. 5/3/21, I made a report of harassment on someone who I used to be friends with verbally. They contacted me, yes, but I felt like this haven't been taken seriously. 21 days later from that, person's brother threatened to report me for no reason, saying not to mess with her or I get reported. How can I mess with that person if they're already in my blacklist? I reported that too. This is like the 3rd time I been threatened by players who was associated with that person and the third one being their brother. That report and the one report I made on 3rd of May, I get a reply of "Regarding your Inquiry".

This is what I mean; they claim to take a harsh stance against harassment but then don't do anything. Talking to other friends, I heard there was one situation that involved sexual harassment of multiple people and it only got the attention of the moderators after some publicity started on facebook that was a bit negative of SE.
