[dev1389] The following actions can now be performed upon online linkshell members in the Linkshell interface: Send /Tell, Invite, Promote, Demote, Exile

It's a start. Too bad you can't get rid of inactives.

Oh well, we just remade our LS, so if we get any jackasses in it somehow, least we can get rid of them easily.
