    I really, really hope this instance trend doesn't keep up once 2.0 hits. I don't mind having instanced content, but I'm a huge fan of open world content, and I hope they begin to put a little focus towards that. Perhaps it was simply a lack of research/being to hopeful, but I was under the assumption that the hamlets were to be an open world/multi party type of content

    Also, I scrolled down to the "Battle" update tab expecting to find the PLD and WAR reforms...only to see that the casting animations for BRD were changed. Hmm.

    There is focus on open world content too (Strongholds). But it seems that under the current servers the best experience can only be delivered through instances. Hamlets are multi-class-job instanced content =p, and btw, it's only instanced when the 25 hour timer is running.

    Yoshi just posted in the JP forums saying the PLD reforms are coming in 1.22b.

    there is a new open world stronghold in this patch, maybe ill go in there with my new monk pugilists weapons and tear it up.

    It's a start. Too bad you can't get rid of inactives.

    Oh well, we just remade our LS, so if we get any jackasses in it somehow, least we can get rid of them easily.

    Since I'd find it very hard to imagine that we can only get one item in each area. I'm thinking Botanist will be camp nine ives and Western will be Camp Bald Knoll, then of course Nanawa mines. the mines will be the easiest of the 3 to check but I may afk myself near nine ives and throw a node search upon logging back when servers are up. But ya I think your best bet would be to check those 3 areas, well for miners the mines.
    Yah i supposed that too, as it doesn't seemed to be acquired through classic gathering, I just meant "does my Ctrl+F Coke lie to me" ? well we'll know soon enough.
