It's fairly trivial and easy, just make sure to look up guides for the Mneme actions and making them when you hit Pyros.
I solo leveled on SAM, mostly, for my LP alt last year. EXP gets easier and easier, and the Echo inside gives you a huge huge edge these days.
Make sure to buy the Eureka Potions once you're inside. Their regen is a big help in making fights go more smoothly. You can get done with Eureka in about a month or so, maybe less, depending on how many hours a day you can put into it.
Finishing the relic may take longer, since you require crystals from Fates and Light for it, and those can take some time. Not too mention the zone boss fates (though for some of those items you can just trade crystals for them).

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore

I just started Eureka a few weeks ago & still working on it at this point.
Solo is... possible. But the last objective needed to get your weapon done will be hard without assistance, namingly the attempt to spawn (yep, they’re not random) the FATE & to clear it.
Group makes everything faster & most players I see in the zones always notify the whole instance once they spawn a FATE out of courtesy, waiting for like 3-5m to let other players hitch a ride to clear the FATE.
I met somebody who claims to powerlv up to max in just 4 days but I assume that’s probably impossible to do purely solo. (Correct me if I’m wrong)
Solo is easy, just get one of these chest pieces with eureka stats on it.
Once you reached eureka rank 18, you can easily do the weekly challenge log in anemos and get a lot EXP for half a hour work.
As far as is know, every DC has at least 1 active discord server to do BA. This has to be done with a organized group but you mostly just have to listen to call outs and stuff.
It's also helpful to just join fate train groups.
It makes it easier and you don't really have to interact with anyone beside the initial question for a available group.
And a tank full full upgraded BA gear can even solo spawn and kill the island bosses.
I don't know about other Data Centers, but Eureka is fairly active in Primal. There is even a discord that organizes BA learning runs on average of 3 days of a week.
I managed to solo all the way through it a couple months back inbetween Bozja patches without too much of an issue. Anemos is generally the slowest part due to not having any attractive rewards, but afterwards it picks up.

it's pretty easy to solo your way to 60 or to recover 60 if you did something stupid
"Stop right there, criminal scum! Nobody breaks the terms of service on my watch! I'm reporting your illegal mods, now enjoy your time in gm jail."

While soloing is quite doable, if you see shouts about coordinates for NMs near your positions, might as well join and ask for party.
If you have gil to burn then buy the elemental gear, should help you a lot (i didn't get them and still went absolutely fine), your big EXP boost levelling will come from Challenge Logs where you will inevitably end up killing monsters either way, also you will find faeries that wll grant you more EXP and hgher attack\healing increase.
Be ware that Pagos is the most annoying part, Anemos can be a bit slow but overall not bad since the game is generous on upgrading your relic but the second area is a torture with how the map is designed,so have some patience with that.
From 3rd zone onward, it gets much comfier to solo thanks to the Logos.
