Why am I only allowed to do </=50 content as RDM when doing roulettes?

My Red Mage is level 65. Item level is 270 wearing all Shire gear, so this should mean that I should be eligible for level 60 content in ALL roulettes. However, every time I queue for 50/60/70 dungeon, alliance raid, trials, or leveling roulettes as RDM. It is always level 50 and below. I NEVER get 60s content as Red Mage.

If I queue as my level 80 summoner, I get level 60s and above all the freaking time

Ever since I hit level 60 in Red Mage, ALL roulettes continue to only serve equal to or less than level 50 content despite the fact that I almost all content unlocked and all 60 content unlocked.

I REALLY need to practice level 60 stuff with Red Mage but it is nearly impossible with the roulettes being all 50s or less since obtaining level 60.

If the game is so bent on giving me 50s content, at least they could give me World of Darkness, Vishap, and Lost City of Amdapor in roulettes.

Roulettes don't "only allow" a particular level of content. They assign you to content that the majority of players in the roulette are currently capable of performing. You won't ever get a level 60 instance if everyone else who signs up for roulettes when you're available don't qualify for them.

You can specifically select all level 60 instances from the Duty Finder and queue up manually rather than going through the roulette. The actual daily roulette will then find players queued up for 50/60/70/80 roulettes and provide matches from the 60+ players available.
