specific msq npc crashes my game

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Were any updates or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash? When reinstalling the game, was it installed on to the same drive as Steam?

i've been experiencing it since i reached the on may 6th, no changes were made the game was working normally actually it still works normally aside from that quest, yes the game was installed on my C drive with steam
